The registration fee includes registration materials, conference proceedings, lunches, dinners, refreshments, the special conference dinner and free entry to a few traditional cultural programmes of Kerala and an exciting sightseeing boat trip to the Backwaters of Kerala. The city of Kottayam has a large number of excellent hotels. Kottayam city is famous for lakes, latex and letters. There are a large number of tourist spots in Kottayam District. The conference will be held at Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala.

As per the rules of Government of India, these details must be furnished to the External Affairs Ministry well in advance. This is independent of the registration.
