ICMS 2017 will be held in Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, India on 8, 9 & 10 December 2017. The theme of the conference is “Molecular Spectroscopy for Materials and Biological Sciences. This conference will provide an international forum for scientific discovery, professional networking, research collaboration, interdisciplinary education, and dissemination of our most recent scientific advances to the academic as well as to the industries.

This symposium will bring together a panel of highly-accomplished experts in the field of molecular spectroscopy. Talks will encompass basic studies and applications and will address topics of novel issues. During the three-day conference, we will listen to recognized authorities in the field as they discuss recent advances, difficulties, and breakthroughs in the field of molecular spectroscopy. The conference will feature a number of plenary sessions, keynote addresses, invited talks and contributed lectures focusing on specific tenets of molecules to functional materials. Additionally, there will be several poster sessions, and three poster presentations will be selected for the award. Another feature of the conference is short invited talks by PhD students and we have instituted 3 awards for the best oral talks by the PhD students, In view of your excellent contributions to the field of molecular spectroscopy, we would like to welcome you to give an invited talk at the conference. During the conference there will be a brain storming discussion meeting in order to submit a joint project proposals to European Union under the “HORIZON 2020” programme for funding between India, Europe and Rest of the world. We will also discuss other bilateral research progrmmes between DST, UGC, INSA and DBT of India and Rest of the world. Please note that DST of India has signed bilateral agreement with almost all the countries in the globe. These include DST-NSF, DST-DAAD, DST-DFG, DST-KBN, Indo-French (CEFIPRA), DST-NSF, DST- Australia, etc etc. This conference will act as a good platform to find partners for international research collaborations.
